Default What's this little black box above mirror under overhead console?

Hi! I got this little black box on the top of my windshield I'm wondering what it's for? I'm not sure if it's aftermarket. I searched and didn't find anything. Here's a pic.

Does your truck have the antenna on your fender? If not, it might be your radio antenna.

looks almost just like the one I have for my VIPER 5902 alarm. Is it remote start? Or do you have an alarm that you know of?
