Anyone with PA 3" body lift

The lot I purchased my 2wd 05 quad cab hemi last week had another 2wd quad cab with a 3" body lift and 35" Toyo tires and it looked sweat. My question is, does anyone have that setup on there truck and if so was there any problems with engine heat.
