K&N Cold Air Intakes & K&N Filters
cheap for a k&N no way...if you want a good intake for a fraction of the money then yes ...but never on a huge name like that....and btw the knock off mopars work just as good with a good filter
"K&N" and "Cheap" don't go together...
Do what most have done, make the intake for all of $20 in materials, buy a K&N cone filter for $35 and have the same performance for $200+ less cost...

I have a full K/N intake and when I tell people that, the next thing I say is it was one of the few things on the truck when i bought it. I would never pay that much for a stupid CAI. You're essentially paying $30-$40 for the cone, $20-$30 for materials (if that), and $150-$200 for the K&N name. If the name is worth that much to you, then get the kit. Otherwise get the exact same performance for 1/4 of the cost

Yep, I hear ya' AF... If I only knew then what I know now, LOL...

I bought a K&N for my '04 in September of '04. Spent $289 on the thing then. I've since made about eight for other people, saving THEM a ton of $$$. Live and learn, I guess...
Oh, and Johnny, I believe that pic of your intake is now the single most posted pic on DF... LMAO!!!

Yeah, but when I get around to making my hood scoop functional and rebuilding my CAI out of PVC, I got it covered. LOL!!!
