Default 2wd lift

I have an 04 2wd and for me to feel comfortable with 35s I bought the CST lift kit which raises the front 7" with new spindles and coil springs and the back 4" with blocks. I don't know the cost of your 3" lift but I paid around $1,100 for my kit and bought stock length Pro Comp ES3000 shocks from 4WheelParts. My only regret is that I didn't spend a little more on the shocks because it rides pretty rough and on gravel roads with the washed out sections the ride can get a little scary at anything over 45mph. Because of the extra weight of my Ranch Hand front bumper I ordered the Mega Cab kit for my regular cab truck, this was recommended by the company to compensate. Hope this helps, I have pictures on my profile I think, take a look and see if that's the look you are after.

ps: body lifts are bad, if you have a hitch it will sit 3" lower than your bumper IF you get the bumper brackets along with the lift. Everything under your truck will be out in the open and doesn't look too good, even with the gap filler kits. When it's all said and done (lift, bumper brackets, installation, gap fillers) you will end up spending close to what you would spend to purchase the suspension kit that I did and installing it yourself. If you are fairly mechanically inclined you can get it done over a weekend in your driveway like I did.

Si. Or you can do the 3" lift (removing your spacer you have now and not using the 1.5" blocks for the back) to level it and on top do a 3" body.

sorry for the late reply but yes put the stock block back in if you get the 3 inch rc coils. bodies lift are kinda nice but i dont like them but since you have the 1.5 inch spacer alrdy i would suggest getting 4 inch spindles from cst or doetsch its cheaper getting them at suspensionmax i heard they supply the spindles to both companies and are cheaper anyways basicly your 1.5 inch plus the 4 inch spindles well = 5.5 inches of lift good enough to fit your 35's
