no that should come with everything minus alignment. Spindles actually drop the front tires, essentially lifting the truck. you shouldnt need new coils and 4in up front will be nose end up even with a 1in block. I have a 2.5in spacer and a 1 1/2 in block out back and am almost level

No crossmembers, a arms, steering stabilizers....the only thing you MIGHT need is longer brake lines, but seeing that you are under an 06 you wont even need those

actually many of the nicest lifted trucks in magazines, shows, etc are 2wd. On top of that, most peoples work trucks/hauling vehicles are 2wd. If there is no need for going through slop, 4wd is just alotta extra crap to go out 5-10 years down the road

thanks matt. suspension max has a spindle lift here.

Are you saying that I dont need new shocks or coils? I guess those are for lifting the truck off the tires but your saying the spindle drops the tires from the truck basically

exactly...by dropping the tires it lifts the truck. I think with that kit you will be level, maybe a tiny bit over. Blocks are $25

You dont need new shocks/coils with a spindle lift...you can buy longer coils/spacers for the coils and it will lift the truck additionally. The spindle is a better way though, honestly. With the spacer/coil you do need longer shocks
