Default 2004 1500 Hemi headlight problem - It is never easy!

My passenger headlight is out. It started not working intermittently and some times just turning the switch on and off fixed it. Then it went out totally. I changed the bulb and of course that didn't fix anything. I checked all connections and wiring that I could and found nothing. I took it to Tire Kingdom and after about four hours and a nominal fee they told me they checked everything they could and also found nothing. They said I need to take the truck to an "Auto Electrician". About 2 weeks later it fixed itself again for about a day and a half then went out again. It has been about a month now with no change.

Has anyone ever had this problem or have any ideas? I'd like to have some idea of what is going on before I go to the shop.

im having a lighting issue on my 2004 1500 hemi also... but both my head lights/tail lights will come on randomly..or will randomly not shut off.. i was told to check the switch but im thinking it may be corrision in the fuse panel. For your problem i've seen a loose fuse do that

Sounds like a front control module issue. Search front control module FCM on this forum.

Tire Kingdom can't find their butts with both hands. I'd guess intermittent ground. TK was right about one thing - you may need someone experienced with auto electrical "stuff".
