My rotors started to warp at 20,000 miles. I had them turned and they were good until 30,000 miles and then they were warped again. Had them turned again and they lasted all the way to 80,000 miles with no issues.

3rd times a charm I guess

Like I said I think the rotors are garbage on dodges, specially with alluminum rims for some reason. Mine on the ram didn't warp till I switched from the stamped steel to the alluminum.

I just had to go through the front brakes yesterday on mine, and wanted to do a search to see if others had the same probelm. and it looks likes a few of you have. i've owned my 06 since it was new, and don't tow very often, and when i do it's nothing too extreme. noticed that even with only 30,000 miles on mine, when i have to brake hard or suddenly it will shake the wheel out of my hand, obvious warpped rotor. i always noticed significantly more brake dust on the drivers side than the passanger. checked my slides and they were more than adequatly lubed, but i redid them anyway. as well as bleed the brakes hoping to maybe find some air in the passenger side, maybe explaning why the fronts were not being utilized and wearing evenly. the left side rotor was in bad shape, pads were twice as worn as the passenger.. the pistons moved freely within the caliper, so here's hoping that something i did fixed it. but it is always puzzling when you tear into a project like this, and don't find something that you can put your finger on as the problem.. what did you guys use for replacement pads and rotors?
