Sorry guy, I have to plead ignorance. I have no idea what the primaries are let alone how long they are. The headers have 4, approx 1 1/2 inch diameter tubes, from the exhaust connection down to within 6" of the end where they meld into one 3-4" tube & flange. The individual tubes continue all they way to under the frame if that's what you mean. I am not a techie, I am an appliance operator. I can buy it, read the manual, operate it, and enjoy it. If something goes wrong though, I need to find a techie who can fix it.

Hmmm, I'm still curious about the 545RFE limitations. If its only rated to 400 hp like I've heard, then adding too many mods would fry that thing real quick. I've been looking at headers, exhaust, and cams and was wondering if that would put it over the 400 hp limit.
