Default 2007 Ram Lairame Advice

I just purchased a 2007 Ram 1500 with 45000 miles on it. I am looking for some advice on what some of the trends are with these vehicles? What have some of you experienced with the them?

Thanks in advance.

2wd/4wd, 4.7 or Hemi, standard or auto?
umm blend door failure (mixes outside air with cool air), c clips in rear diff falling off and tearing the diff up, end link and ball joint wear, it has alot to do with which engine you have or if its a 4by or not

It is a 5.7 Hemi, 4x4, and it is an automatic.

Thanks a bunch for the response.

Do either of you have a feel for the mileage when most of this stuff starts to occur?

Thanks again.

****, my truck was in the shop 13 times in less than 2 years....service manager said over 12k was put into my truck under warranty work

i just hit 39k today, and everything has been better since 35k (knock on wood) and all thats wrong now is my trailer plug.....You will have normal wear and tear but the things I said really have no average mileage, both have gone out on mine around 15/20k

IMO do a full service like plugs oil and filters at all both ends, That way you can be sure t that there is clean fluid everywhere. Other than that these trucks have a few quirks but w/e thats all trucks for you.
