turbo charger for 04 5.7 hemi

asside from more preformance. turbos give better gas mileage. has anyone used one on their ram?

yea I think it would take quite a long time to make up for the savings on mileage. The STS kits are rediculous

ya. my first search found one fer 5k. i would have to find one much cheaper. but will i see enough difference to make it worth doing?

not enough savings in gas, but performance wise you will definitely see a big difference

There's a vid on youtube of a 3 way race between a Lightning, STS hemi Ram and an SRT-10 Ram. The SRT was obviously the fastest, followed by the turbo'd hemi, followed by the ford that self destructed.

Even if you could keep your foot out of the injectors FOREVER, you'd never recoup the cost of the turbo in gas savings.
