Yes! after 105,000 miles on the originals. I replaced them with the champion coppers. They were toast, the gap was probably twice the size as they should be. All 16 of them at once, however, it wasn't that bad. I finished in 2 hours. The back two on the driver side were the hardest but thank god the brake booster has a huge space behind it to fit wrenches. Any way started up the truck and got the fluctuating idle. I shut it off, then started it and drove it around and everything is fine. Heck, I even smoked my 34" tires when i couldn't before. Best $35 spent.
Did mine about a month ago...will have to agree about those two on the drivers side!! Did you do wires and boots or just plugs? All Auto places were out of wires when i needed them on my only day off so i wasn't able to...here soon though
well more room all around the rear and sides of the engine.
put it this way.. i can reach in through my wheel well and remove my oil filter. only have to craw under neath to drop the plug.
and it makes it easier for the rear plug by the brake booster
