So my check engine just came on and a mechanic ran the code. P0601. Internal Memory Whatever Error. I searched the posts and on here for help. I've disconnected the negative battery terminal and removed the ECM fuse (Fuse 19). Light went off, but came back on shortly after both both times. I'm afraid Im going to have to get a new PCM/ECM (Same Thing??) Ive found a used one on Ebay:

Should this be compatible with my truck? Do i have to have it flashed or whatever? Not real familiary with the PCM for these trucks. Are there any other tricks I can try or am i going to have to buy a new PCM?

Any help would be appreciated. THANKS!!
