I think what everyone means is that every thread can be turned into a off-topic thread or something that isn't 3rd ram specific. Such as tires and wiring issues and exhaust. All are not 3rd gen ram specific and can be any dodge model related. I only see audio threads getting moved which i don't agree with even ones with specific 3rd gen ram custom fiberglass enclosures that will NOT work in anything else. I say the mods should take it easy on themselves and leave those and take out only random threads like "GUESS WHAT I GOT" haha. Im just saying every single thread can be technically not related to the forum. Buts thats just my opinion.

I think those threads should stay and I'm one who stick up for you guys on that. But complaining in the open forum to the same mods who moved it isn't going to solve anything. If you have a problem with anything, contact Eric or I... or other admin... or PM the mod directly.

I don't really know who has a problem with whom on here, but I really just don't understand why there are always problems lately. It is an online truck forum, it really shouldn't cause all of these debates.

I'm really surprised this hasn't been posted yet, so I'll add it in...

RULE #14:
14. Moderators and Administrators have final word in anything and everything. If you have a problem or a complaint direct it to them, not to the general forums. They will then take the appropriate actions. This applies to issues with the forum in general, as well as issues with other members.

There it is in black and white.

I don't think all this thread was made because of a thread about a 3rd gen truck in the 3rd gen section, or even about whether the mods are right in what they decide to move or not... it sounds to me like this thread was created to put a stop to the bickering thats been going on. I probably should have done a better job expressing my point in my above post...

I was reading more into the second part of that rule, not the first sentance. All the bickering thats been going on is clearly against the rules, and because of that it needs to be stopped... so this thread was created.

No offense 95, but this thread has made it worse! Cause the way I see it, it all started when a thread was moved from 3rd gen section to off topic. Now it has migrated in to stop bitchin about mods thread, BUT the bottom line is IN MY OPINION the thread should never have been moved in the first place!! Then this thread would not have been necessary. Guess my point is there is too much gray area of on topic. Today a stolen truck is off topic but for the last year they have been in the 3rd gen section. I understand a thread about your dog or your bassboat being moved, but about your truck???? Just seams on topic to me. But I guess that is why I am not a mod!

Not trying to ruffle feathers, just helping prove a point!

No offense taken. I only amended my first post cause I didn't want to be taken the wrong way. I was simply trying to give my $0.02 as an unbiased outsider of this section. I don't come in here much at all, so I don't know how this all started except what I've heard.

And to be clear, my $0.02 as an unbiased outsider of this section who doesn't know (or care) how these issues got started is that this thread was made by ericemery to tell everyone that bashing the moderators in the open forum isn't allowed and any dissagreements need to be taken to private messaging. I just simply pointed out that there has always been a rule in place about that very thing (since the rule failed to be posted in over 2 pages).
