Default Location of headlight relay please!!!!

I have a 2002 ram 2500 and for the life of me I can not find the headlight relay. Any help or pictures would be much appreciated. This is driving me crazy trying to find this. Cheers JODY

its in the pdc next to the battery. there is a cover covering the fuse box and on the flip side of the lid it will be labeled headlamp relay.

I'm not finding one in the shop manual. I seem to recall some manufacturers put them in the switches. Not sure how many did that or when.

Here is a pic of the PDC from my 02 Parts Manual. I dont have an 02 Srvc Man so thats all i can come up with.

There does not appear to be a relay for the headlamps as they are controlled by the FCM.

You did not say what exactly your issue is so I am assuming one side is out? If thats the case then it is likely the PDC or FCM is having issues.

another question, do you have high beams and low beams in one bulb or seperate bulbs each for high and low?

did you check for power at the low beam signal wire? at the headlamp connector?
if no power there take out the fuse and measure for power on both sides of the fuse.
and make sure your headlamp switch is in the ON position.

Replaced all fuses brand new and no power to low beam socket, checked all grounds replaced what I could but still getting grey hairs. Now the only weird thing I found because I have the same truck as a company vehcle, when I replaced the headlight switch from the company truck to mine to check it out I noticed on the company truck that behind the switch on the right hand side about 8 plugs for a connector and righeside it 2 plug connector. When I pulled mine out I have the same but do not have the 2 plug in connector on my truck???? Checked the harness but still cant find te 2 plug in. Whether or not mine has it or not I dont know
