Default Need advice

I have a 2008 quad cab 4x4. I'm getting a 2 inch leveling kit installed next week. Hopefully soon after, I'm going to purchase new wheels and tires. What is the biggest tire I can go to? Also, I have 20's now, but I am considering going down to 18's to save some money. Anyone have any other advice?

yes 17 and 20's are the cheaper of the bigger sizes as my buddy works at a wheel shop and he said 18 are more expensive than 20" wheels...were talkin rubber not rim....

make sure if you go smaller rim it will still fit around the rotor/caliper. I beleive 17 is the smallest your able to go.

17's would save you a lot of money over 20's, not to mention on a 4x4 would perform better off-road AND give you a HIGHER towing capacity...

'bout 1,000lbs more on the towing...IF going with stock 17" sized tires I believe. 20's are reduced towing because of the total diameter being larger than stock 17 rubber...33" vs 31" I thought???

If your gonna go with a 35x12.5xwhatever, and your getting aftermarket wheels, your gonna want to get a backspacing between 4.5-5" depending on the rim width.
