Looks very nice. Now you can't drive it, lest it get dirty again.

Should of tried Simple Green, you spray it on the whole engine let it sit for 5-10 min., hose it of and it looks amazing. Def. no all shiny like yours but it does the job with dust, grease, oil, etc.

THANKS!

used lot and lots of degreaser and sand paper and 2 bottles of paint and some armor-all for the plastics. the secrete is the paint, i sanded down as much as i could behind and around the pulleys. and sprayed some of that engine paint (light gray) as well for the exhaust mani and for the pulleys i painted them black, IT WAS A PAIN to sand and to clean all of the wiring and tubes. and i also painted my e-fan. oh and yea i had to pul out my radiator cus i really wanted it to come out good and not only that, but it was MUCH easier work.

I can see you sprayed the header and the front alt. bracket. You should try and clean up the overspray on the hoses. still looks a whole chitload better, that's for sure.

I've sprayed a few hundred if not more engine's. I usually spray degreaser all over a warm engine and let it soak for about 15minutes(engine off), then spray some more degreaser and give it a good bath using a pressure washer(w/engine running).
Steer clear of the alternator and starter, everywhere else can get it good...lol
If I'm at the carwash doing it, I use the scrub brush and scrub where I can.(this is why you don't use the wash wands on your paint cuz guys like me)
Leave the engine running with the hood open or drive it around for about 20 minutes.
