finally purchasing my long awaited turbo monday. woo! will dyno before and after and im realizing i dont have any pics of my truck up sooo..ill get some up as well as the kit. quad cab long bed 4x4 oh yea. the icing on this cake is me relocating the turbo before my cutout and the NOS intercooler spray bar im mounting. intake charge will be cold enough to run a short 9lbs.

my guy put down ~420/485 to the wheels on low boost 3lbs and ~460/520 on high boost 9lbs w/bad tuning and shot tranny and it was a crappy 03 so i wont even get into the issues he had

Please tell me that at 9 pounds you have had some bottom end work done on that motor...

This oughta be fun to watch. 75% of every used blower/turbo kit I've seen for sale/ebay has been because someone got too greedy with the boost and scattered parts on a stock short block (the other 25% being money or the old lady made me get rid of it).

 

Congrats on the Turbo,. I think AlbertaRamfan is in the process too and BTW FrostKing has a crappy 03 thats Turbo'd and his Truck is badass.

no doubt 03s can be badass and worked. they just require more extensive work/tuning . but no i plan on running 8 lbs high but i can get 9 out of it with my intake charge cold enough
