I have a groan noise

Default I have a groan noise

From a stop, when I accelerate I hear a short groan coming from the front left. Dont hear it again until I stop and go again.

Checked the wheel, lugs, brakes, all looks good. Cant tell about the rotor with my eye, though.

Very strange

lift the front end up and check for wheel bearing movement.
shake at 12 and 6 o clock and 3 and 9 o clock for any movement

What should I do to repplicate the sound with the shocks

I'll check the bearings too
