Default please help!!! electrical problems

Long story short..........i got the 4.7 in my truck motor blew up and i replaced it with a reman. Now I'm having all kinds of electrical problems. When i was putting the motor in i had the fuse panel cover off like a dummy and it rained. I know a good bit of water got down it. I dried it up the best I could. After i got the truck running I started having problems with things like the ac condenser fan running while the key is off,the head lights would come on and go off while the key was off and a few other other silly things. But now the trans is giving me problems to along with the condenser fan. If i disconnect the battery for a few everything works good for a while but then comes back. I took the fuse panel out today and noticed some corrosion at the pins on the bottom where everything plugs in. I couldn't get it apart far enough to see the circuit board. Does anyone think this could be where all of my problems are coming from?? Any ideas or input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time

Thats what it sounds like to me. You could check your local junkyard and see if they have the doghouse wiring harness that includes the PDC (fuse block). or try www.car-part.com.

Only other thing I can think of is a fault in your PCM somehow.

Good luck
