watch out for fluid going everywhere once you get them separated. If the engine is tipped back like it's going to be, then trans fluid will come out of the TC once it slides off the input shaft of the tranny. I'd throw some cardboard down first so it soaks most of it up.
Also, the input shaft is probably a good 8" into the TC so you'll need that much room to separate the engine from the trans. Don't score the input shaft spline up or you'll need to get the trans rebuilt.
