Default Changing my Grille

I want to change my grill, but I haven't really found much out there I like. Any suggestions? I've found this one and was wondering if anyone could give me the basics of how to install it. Do I have to cut out my old grill, put these over top, what does it take?

Here's the site:

I think it simply bolts in to the underside of the hood. The install is probably pretty easy.

Well, depending on how much needs to be changed. It may just attach to the existing grill too. It look simple.

I personally do not like that look but to each his own. Make sure you check out eBay pricing. I found my Billet grille on-line for about half price and still went to the dealer. After I told him the price I found he discounted his price to me.
