Anybody have trouble with there door seals leaking.Just noticed my two week old 05 QC 4x4 door seal is leaking and want to have some Idea's of what it could be before I take it back to the dealer.I looked at the seals and didnt notice any rips or tears also looked like the seal was seated on the metal channel firmly.

 

Well, check this out. My 05 had the doors bowed out from mid door up to the top of the window frame. It never leaked water, but looked cosmetically wrong and had some windnoise on the highway. Took it back to the dealer and they sent me to a body shop for recommendations. Body shop said it was a manufacture defect and he couldn't do anything. Dodge told me they wanted another opinion before they ordered new doors or listened to me bitch about a buy back. They sent me to another body shop at the local chevy dealership. Truck was gone for a couple days, but the thing looks like new and there is no noise. The moral here is, check the stamps on the doors. If the door fram isn't flush then that could be the problem. Check the lower set of seals to, they are the ones that seal the door, not the top ones. The very top set only channel water.
