I haven't had a trailer plugged into either receptacle yet. I bought a couple of those plug in trailer light testers to check the plugs and no right hand turn signal. The fuse is good, I took a test light to it and an ohmmeter.

Well, here is the diagnosis. Apparently the problem lies in the PCB (printed circuit board) that sits between the fuses/relays and wire hook-ups. I traced the trailer right hand turn signal feed wire all the up to the fuse. I used a test light and check for power in the wire right at the the bottom of the PCM and nothing. So after a few calls to mechanics, I can replace the PCB for about $300.00. Instead i just tapped into the vehicles right hand turn power feed wire and installed a 15 amp in-line fuse.
