Default HID flicker problem! PLS help

Ok ive tried reading everything i could and cant figure out the exact problem. I dont know if its a stupid dodge thing or what but my HID's i just bought will NOT work right. I had a set of single beam in at first with no relay harness and it worked fine. Would flicker the first few seconds but then come on. I bought the wrong set at first, wanted the dual beam so i could have high beams so i bought another set. I put these ones in but these came with a relay harness and the wiring was set up so i HAVE to use it.
I put it all together just like i did before and just like the instructions show. Pretty straight forwards plug and play. When i turn them on though the stupid relay just turns the lights on then off non stop. It looks like i have my 4 way flashers on or something. I tried a relay on my last single beam kit also and it just sat there clicking. Something has got to be wrong with putting a relay on the dodges because they work without them. This new kit however requires it so i need help!!! how do i make this stupid thing work. Im about to put my fist through the truck its pissing me off so bad. I know someone had to of figured this out.

had the same problem, wired up bi-xenons and it was a strobe light, thanks to weedahoe and his photo gallery i solved the problem easily. thanks weedahoe!!!
but i still have a little bit of flickering, is it because i bought cheap 35w $65 ebay kit? Do they have a problem with light flickering? i installed 4 6 ohm 50w resistors. thanks.

Tevo, you are very welcome but there should be zero flickering. I would make sure the connections are solid and is it while sitting still or driving?

i haven't drove in completely dark night, but this morning i couldn't notice it while driving, and dont notice it when walking towards the front of the vehicle. just when i am inside the vehicle standing still.flickering more on the driver side it seems like.i am pretty sure all my wiring is tight and connected, used shrink tubes and soldered joints to the resistors.

oh ya love the horns weed, i installed train horns on mine w/onboard air system. stock horns suck! but anyways thats off topic.
