high rpm shift noise

high rpm shift noise
i was wondering if anyone has ran into the same thing. i punched it out in first last night and right after the transmission shifted i heard what i thought was a belt chirp from the tranny, but im not so sure also might sound like timing chain or guide has anyone ran across this??
