Default Need to Level my Truck, already used a Leveling kit..

So I've got a 2008 Ram Quad Cab 1500 2WD. The truck comes with a terrible rake of about 4 inches. As of now, I have a 2" Leveling Kit, and a 3" PA Body Lift. What other options do I have to lift it and make it level? I know there are the 4" CST spindles which I could use on the front, and put a 2" rear block in the rear? Is that the only other way of lifting a 2WD? Thanks in advance.

You sure you don't have any issues with that front end? I helped my cousin with an '08 4x2 Hemi put in a set of 2" coil spacers last summer and it measures less than a half inch of being perfectly level...

not positive, but i would assume the 2wd is much like the 4wd in that when i did my suspension lift i bought new leafs for the back and i got to choose from a couple different sizes i went with 5" lift in the back 6" in the front.
