The P750 code stuck my truck in to "limp mode" and cleared itself after about 45min.
I had a friend pull the codes and there was a malfunction within my transmission. Will this get worse, and is this a common malfunction?

 

Hard to say if it will reoccur or get worse. Depends on if it was a fluke or something really wrong. How many miles do you have and do you have any warranty left?

 

I bought the extended powertrain warranty, so yes. As for miles, not sure its all in kilometers . There is 106,000 on it, so it is about 9k km over the factory warranty.
i am about to call the stealership and see what they will do about it.
If this is just one of those fluke malfunctions, wicked... but i am a little worried now since this is the second time the p750 code has come up.
