ORIGINAL: WingViper

That is one CRAZY helmet.

My buddy just got that exact same bike, even has the aftermarket exhaust. NICE bike.
I love my helmet...some hate it...some like it. But I still wear it anyway

He has the exact Two Brothers high-mount? haha That's odd because everyone has a freakin YOSHI pipe on nowadays because they are so loud. I love the Two Brothers because its a deep rumble sound and not a high pitch annoying sound.

I have an 02 QC ram and the MPG is GROSS!!!!! its like 11!!! I owned a Jeep GC before and the mileage was better, but like you said, you can load up the back of the truck and it tows better.... doesn't sound like a bad deal in my eyes either, but at least try to give him 6-7k first...

Kristin, I wasnt trying to tell you that you have to go and buy a brand new truck. I know that not everyone can afford that, especially being a recent college grad myself. I was simply trying to make the relative comparison of what a new one cost. Vehicles drop dramatically once they reach the 100k mark. Why? you may ask? Well, partly because most banks wont finance them (Usually) and second of all it is a major milestone to its death. I am not saying that it will die tommorow because of its mileage. It may be good for another 100k for all I know. BUT, it does have alot of mileage and the treatment it has received such as driving style, oil changes, repairs, driving locations all are things that cannot be truthfull identified. The more miles = bigger unknown. So, if you happen to see a truck with 95k on it, that is still not a fair comparison since when that truck reaches 100k, the value will drop significantly. I also believe that some of this is because of the old age assumptions by Americans that a car will only go to 100k before problems. This is no longer true, however, it should be noted that larger gas motors do not typically have as long of a lifetime to them as smaller fewer cyclinder vehicles (In referance to motor only). I would definately try to chissel this guy to 6k IMO. Body damage is one of the biggest deterants for people when buying a car. It is usually a sign of a neglect. If this person has had th body damage for a while and never took care of it, then it shows they dont really care. If they didnt care about that item, then what else did they not care about??????
