Default Dealer's Service Dept Advice

I bought my 1500 certified directly from a Dodge dealer. I took it the very next weekend to have them fix a couple of things. They fixed one problem and told me two parts needed to be ordered and would come in within 4 days. I waited two weeks and no one contacted me. I finally got a hold of my service advisor and after a long argument, he said he dropped the ball. Another week went by and I still haven't been contacted. I've been trying to contact both my advisor and the service manager for two days now to no avail. My truck now has some other issues and I just can't get a hold of anybody that gives a damn. What can I do? The bumper to bumper is only good for 3 months and I want everything taken care of. It looks like the dealer was only interested in selling me the truck and not servicing it.

show up at the door and be loud about how bad their service is. Loud enough to make a scene but NOT abusive.

Get a record of the problems from the dealer so that after the three months is up you will have a record showing that the problems came up before the three months was up

+^ for both be thorough and persistant. like hammer loud but not abusive try to pick the busiest time of day. all they care about is money so if it takes a little money to keep u happy and save a lot of money in the meanwhile thats all they care about. do you know a lawyer? like uncle friend or whatever? that could always be ur next step, if its free they can advise u of ur rights local laws etc and of course make them realize u r serious. unfortunatly most places are like this and the average person gets screwed remember th sqeaky wheel always gets oiled. hope this helped mike

Thanks for all the inputs. I know I need to go there and be heard, it's just that it costs about 10 bucks each way between tolls and gas and also finding time to do it....that's why I was trying to resolve over the phone, but they really don't care. I ended up calling Chrysler's customer service and they opened a case. Someone is supposed to call me within a couple of days. There is another dealer closer to the one I bough it in. I wonder if the warranty is still good at any other dealer.
