Default Jack Question

OK, my used '03 1500 QC, 5.7, 4x4 SLT that I bought in december last year was missing the jack and the ratchet and the lug wrench, I had 2 pieces of extension. So I bought 1 off of Craigslist but the ratchet was for a hex shaft (mine is a square shaft). So I ordered another jack and ratchet from a salvage yard. Once again the ratchet was for a hex shaft and the jack was almost 2x's bigger that the 1 I got off of craigslist. What's up with this crap? I now have 2 complete sets of jacks and accessories. Are either 1 of these jacks for a 1500? I now have 2 complete sets of jacks and accessories but I still need the ratchet for a square shaft and the lug wrench for a square shaft. Hammer and Weed can you help clarify this? By the way, anyone need a jack set?

What ratchet? My 03 came with the jack, 3 pieces of extension, the keyed piece to lower the spare and the lug wrench with the square hole to spin the rods to raise/lower the jack.

JESUS! This is becoming a mess! What keyed piece? To lower my spare, you just need the square end of 1 of the extensions. The ratchets.....that's what I am trying to figure out.

That's what I am looking for and what I want. The 2 jacks I got are similar to hydraulic jacks, but yhey are screw up type (not scissor type).

The 2nd set was supposed to be from an '04 1500. The salvage yard in Ohio confirmed it several times over the phone. I still got the hex shaft and a similar looking hydraulic jack.
