Default 33" tires on the leveled out 08 Ram QC 4x4

HA!!! Not yet.....

Actually what happened is i got my leveling kit in the other day. Soooo...... I decided after much lurking and reading on THIS SITE... I've decided on the Nitto Terra Grapplers. Ordered them just about 18 minutes ago. Should be here in a few days or so. Whatever.....

Point is, i'll post pics on the installation of the leveling kit and then on the look of the 33's.

Wife has duty tomorrow and the kids should be bored and the weather should hold out, so they can stay out of my hair, so i'll put the leveling kit on and just WAIT till the tires get here. Once they're here, i'll drive the truck down to BEHR alignment shop here in town and mount/balance the tires and align the truck and be done.

Am i missing a step??? Other than bashing myself in the forehead for not ordering the tires about a week ago????

Anyway, i'll be posting pics along the way. Why?? Cause i've looked all over this site and have yet to see a thread on the installation of the leveling kit (Rough Country) and how it turned out.

I've read the threads about squeak and all that after leveling. Anything i should look out for?? Greasing certain points and whatnot/???? Any advice before get on the creeper and get dirty and smudge up the camera and use the GoJo later tomorrow afternoon would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks More to Follow

S/F

Mark

ran into my first snag.... Cant' get the knuckle back to mount up to the upper control arm. I'm only assuming you have to back out the tie rod (or suck it in... either way you look at it) as to shorten it, but either way, I can't seem to get the knuckle high enough to touch the upper control arm.>> ??? WTF???? Any ideas. All you levelers out there.... how'd you do it??

I think most of us used a jack for that, just lift it up enough to get it in and then put the castle nut on there backwards and beat away

Here's the best I got right now.... I can't figure out how to post pics and then write and then post pics.

SO this is my test. Here's a pic of the truck done. Not the best pic, but one real quick like.
