AC problem

What causes P0533 & P0532 trouble codes on 2006 Dodge 2500 SLT air conditioner. The codes are for too high of voltage & too low of voltage for the A/C sending unit. also getting a p2609 intake air heater system performance code, any ideas? I'm thinking it might be loose wire or bad switch, any help would be app.
