Engine dies at red lights, need help

Got mine fixed completely.....idles like NEW now. It ultimately was a combo of cleaning the throttle body and idle air control valve, along with replacing the throttle position sensor (common fail item).

EGR EGR EGR...happens to far too many Rams of this year..happened to mine and i was dumb and took it to the dealer..400 bucks later...its like a 50 dollar piece and takes from what i hear like 40 minutes to replace.....ps. im pretty sure my EGR is going out again

I have a 2004 1500, when ever I come to a red light or if it sits to long after driving for a little, it will just die off on the tach, the lights stay on, the truck starts right back up, but its just un-nerving with all the driving I do for work. I have changed the oil recently, but don't think that has anything to do with it, I also added headers, which is the most likely thing to cause the problem to me, but can't tie it in to well to how. Please help, I need my truck to be reliable again.
