a friend of mine wants to lift his truck,but doesnt know which kit to go with.any advice for him.
his option for a 04 QC 2WD are:

CST 7" -about $1400
Top Gun Customz 6" about $600
Fabtech 6" about $1400

CST offers different shock options,TGC and Fabtech have shocks included.he's thinkin about buying the Top Gun lift based on price...

 

Get the cst lift with a 3inch body, you will love it, 7inch is big but it looks so much better with the 3inch body lift. here is a pic of mine

I just lifted my 05 2wd RC Rumble Bee 6" with Rough Country's lift. It was about $670 to get the kit to my door, and another $670 to get it professionaly installed. I am very happy with my choice. I too saw the CST kit, but I went with Rough Country when I saw the same basic design as CST for half the price. Good luck with your truck.

i got cst 7inc lift, 3inch body lift, fox shocks in the rear, 37inc toyo tires, 22in rims, i paid 5,500 out the door.
