I also need suggestions on where to buy the whole set up sider gears and all. I want the best not any cheap stuff please if anyone out there knows anything let me know. Thanks.

4.56 gears are arguably the best ratio you can get in the rear. question though, why do you need to replace them? did your rear end blow up due to the stock LSD?

the best deal you will probably find for gears and install kit is at www.moesperformance.com. he has all the stuff you need bundled together into a package deal.

My question is what was done to damage the gears that you need to replace them? That cannot be good.

Dirty,

how can the stock lsd be attributed to blowing up the rear end...seroius question, not LOLing. Would this be something i should be concerned about in my 2500?

It's not a problem for you my friend, with a 2500. The 1500's had serious problems in the early days, with the LSD clutch pack retaining clips.
These would get damaged, work their way out of their locating pockets and either chew up the gears or cut into the carrier.
The 2500's don't have this problem so your good.
Al.
