Default 2500 suspension on 1500

I have a 2006 1500 quad cab 4x4 hemi, will a 2006 2500 mega cab cummins shocks and springs fit? (all stock parts) If anyone has done something similar to this please let me know and if capable will the truck's stance be any different?

depends, not sure if your gen rams got coilovers or torsion bars, but they might, i think they might be bigger around than urs, but the spring rate is gonna be rediculously harsh for the weight of the cummins, IMO do what everyone els does, n buy an ebay leveling kit

Not even close... totally different suspension. You have IFS, while the 2500's have a solid front axle. Now, if you had a 2nd gen half ton you could swap 'em over...

Thanks for letting me know my only motive for doing this was the fact that it was going to be FREE but as you can tell I hadn't looked into it very much.
