Need Help

I could use some help if possible! I have an 06 2500 diesel long bed lifted with bigger tires,motor is all stock and was wondering what would be the best programmer,turbo,intake and ram air combo to put on the motor. I want to still get some good mileage but still have a lot of HP if I want to race.

You want alot of HP on a 2500, but still want good mileage.....hmmm. CTD for the win!
