Weed already mentioned the fuses. But don't forget to TEST each fuse.
Sometimes they blow where it isn't obvious to the naked eye. I've noticed that the trailer fuses pop easy too.

One last thing from OD5

Tip: NO TRAILER LEFT TURN OR LEFT BRAKE LIGHT... TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE

Have an 06 Dodge R2500 with complaint of no left turn or left brake light on the trailer. Checked with my thailer plug checker and the left turn only lights very dim. Checked for power on terminal 18 C3 connector on the totally integrated power module and only had 2 volts with brakes or signal lights, applied 12volts from here and the trailer left brake light lit up. All fuses good, replaced Totally Integrated Power Module and everything working again. Autopsied the old module but there's not much serviceable stuff in there.

Yeah when I say "check" I mean get the meter out test each one by voltage going through it or a continuity test. You are right about them "looking" ok but being blown.

Thanks again to all you guys for your time to post to this (my) issue!
I am following suggestions now pointing in the direction of the TPIM. Stupid question(?), where exactly is that module mounted?
Other question, you refer to DTCs, but I seem not to have any, at least not that I know of. Wouldn't I be seeing a check engine light or some kind of light in the dash showing me that there is something wrong in the system, or can this only be discovered when checked with a proper reader. Can a standard ODBII reader be used?
From here on, how much is possible with standard tools? I have tested each and everyone of the fuses individually for continuity with a tester, I certainly can use such tester to determine output voltage on certain terminals and shall do so.
How much does a TPIM flash as per TSB posted earlier cost at the dealer, and where does the rip off start?
How much do these TPIMs run, and where does the rip off start on those. Aren't there specialists yet that are specialized in rebuilding and updating these and offering them in exchange?
