Ugh Oh
Anyway back to the hub thing... Rydesolow you must have had the bass cranked waaaaay up if you didnt hear your hub humming at highway speed lol
Seemed like there was a problem when the video was timed. But it's a very good time for a lifted truck on 37's with stock gears.
There wasnt any prob with the video, but when I uploaded it youtube automatically ****ed up quality and the timing got a little longer.. Grr. But it gets the idea across. I'm shifting out of first gear at 60. Yeah the 360 is an old block, but it is built like a beast, has good potential, and never, ever dies. I've owned a few dodge rams in my time, and some over 200,000 miles. The motor itself NEVER develops a problem. And I'm willing to bet you could throw 12-18psi forced induction on that block, and nothing would break. And yeah I heard my hubs squeaking like nuts, but I tried to make one last trip to the airport before eyeballing, and that's when the hub blew up. Its allright, I drove another 40 min to get close to town before pulling over and getting it towed. My tire was so crooked it made me laugh. No bearings at all were left inside when we pulled it apart, just ground out metal on metal. Lol. All in good fun.
