Have the door panels ever been removed? I would tighten the screws that hold the interior door panels first. If you have subwoofers in your truck maybe you should get it insulated with some dynomat.

My drivers door rattled one time and it ended up being the rod that goes to the lock had fallen off. It may be that your speaker or window regulator bolts/nuts are loose. You may can check to see if there isnt anything in the bottom of the inside of the door. To remove the door panel. First pop out the window switches and unplug them. Then there are 2 phillips head screws at the bottom of the door panle. 1 at the top and 1 behind the door handle. You will then have to take a 10m socket and remove the door handle. The whole door panel should then pull up and pull off. You may have to pull off the white plastic thats held on with black sticky stuff to get to some of the bolts and nuts. hope you find the culprit. Good luck
