I'm about to put a kit on my 2010 2500, but haven't heard about anybody taking them off. I'm planning to do it, in order to get a little bit bigger tires on the rig.

I put one in my 99 2500 and it worked great. Its a 2 inch spacer at the top of the coil spring. Only set back is the extra tension pushing up on the front end. So when you put a load in the back such as an atv or a load of wood the front pushes up and the rear sags. Not alot but very noticeable. I even went so far as to add a leaf in the back. Helped a little.
The level kit is great with my snowpplow. No sag at all.

Idk about uninstalling them I havent really seen people posting about that, but then again i am not on here too much lately...I have a level kit on mine however, and I love it and am glad I had to put it on to fit the 35s. It looks a lot better sitting level. The only downside I have is the ride quality being completely **** after I put it on, but that's an easy fix with some newer, appropriately lengthed shocks...
