Default ECM problem help!!!

HI all im new here and I have a couple questions. I was driving my truck and it was low on gas so i put a quarter tank of gas in it and I drove it some more and parked it. The truck sat for about a day and I got in it and tried to start and it wouldn't start so I assumed it was out of gas so I put starter fluid down it and it would get to about 1,000 RPM and quit. so I took it to the Mechanic to fix it and he said the pressure in the fuel lines were great he even showed me the gauge he hooked up to it. he then replaced the crank sensor and the cam sensor and that wasn't the problem he then brought in a friend and the friend said that the sensors were not getting enough electricity and said it was a bad computer would this be possible and are there any other possiblities? also I found a computer but the bad computer p/n is p56028942ad and the part number on another i found on ebay is P56028892AC can I switch this computer out with the bad computer? by the way my truck is 2005 dodge ram 1500 4.7 power windows power locks keyless entry the part number from the dodge dealership is RL028892AC

do a search for junk yard dog on google. I sends out a search to hundreds of junk yards for the part your looking for and usually the next day you will have a call from a few saying they have it and their price.
