if you get 12.5 wide tires you need the rims with less backspacing...you need around 1.25 I think???? for the 12.5in wide tires not to rub. So that might be the best bet for you

have you looked at Crager Soft 8s? not too wide but very cheap

I found some ProComps that I like. They have a backspace of 4.75" and a -6MM offset. That should work on my truck right? I mean, even with 33x12.5, you think it'll rub?

I looked at the Cragars, but I want a different look. I know the price is def right for those, but I am willing to pay a bit more. Especially since I'll end up selling my 20" OEMs to recover some of the cost.

If you are kinda looking for a good winter setup, I would shy away from the 12.5" wide tire selection... they are just a touch on the wide side. Sure, they will work OK, but plan on alot of skidding on the ice and "pushing" when in the slush.

I have used several different tires in the winter, and in my opinion the widest tire that still performs good is a 285 (which is just over 11" wide).

Also, you can purchase a Cooper Discoverer M&S for you stock 20's (which is strictly a winter tire) and they hook up like no other in the snow and on the hard pack. Just dont plan on using them in the summer as they will not last long.
