I would suggest the easy stuff first. Clean the TB, air fliter and reboot the PCM and reset the thottle. See if that makes a difference. Maybe make a couple 0-60 mph passes to get a base line and work from there. Next spark plugs and wires. Maybe do a compression check while doing the plugs. Good luck..
