you should check some F150 forums. The 04-05 fords are notorious for breaking plugs due to a 2-piece plug used in those years. It became such a big problem, that Ford issued a ton of tech write-ups addressing it and they list the part # and supplier of a special tool designed specifically for spark plug removal. I'd find it for you, but at work now.
