Help!!! Broken screw!!

Default Help!!! Broken screw!!

I was taking off my thermostat housing and broke one of the screws!! I've already tried to use an easy-out to remove it with no success...What do you guys recommend i do now?

You may have to drill it out and retap the threads

You either drill it out completely or extract it. I guess you could change the water pump if needed.

Had a couple of different "easy outs" and never really had much luck with them then the ex wife gave me a set of Gabit's as a stocking stuffer one Xmas. Through them in the tool box and basically forgot about them till I broke a screw and gave 'em a try. To date, they have gotten out everything I've tried them on.

She ordered them off the boob-tube, but I've sent people to Lowe's for them and they have them. All of about $20 a set...
