Default 2007 Blown shock

Well it would appear i've blown the passenger side shock on my truck no idea how but its leaking all over. Truck has 50k. While i'm under there replacing the shocks and the driver side wheel bearing I would like to level the truck. Does anyone make longer struts or coilovers that will level the truck or should i just get stock sized shocks and get the coil spacers? What shocks are you guys running if you have replaced them?

By leveling the truck you normally would use longer spindles (1st choice) or coil spacers (2nd choice).

Longer shocks alone will not level the truck.

For a coil over 4x4 both Bilstein and Rancho make a product to level the front of the truck that includes the shock. Both are VERY solid products. You can also use coil spacers but would likely need a longer shock.

For a 4x2 your options are what 'Weed suggests.

As far as just getting a longer shock, NOPE and you'll probably top it out every time you hit a bump.

Bilstein lift struts are a good choice for 4x4 trucks. The choice i would like to go with myself.

There have been numerous complaints about Moe's taking forever and not answering calls in a timely fashion. You might want to look at ShockWarehouse as they give forum discounts and will probably match Moe's pricing if they are higher?? They are a site sponsor as well, so that's always a good thing.
