Installed Pulstar Plugs today....Seriously.
So my truck turned ov 40k miles a little while back. I wanted to put some new plugs in and decided to go with Pulstar Plugs (ef1s). I had these p plugs in a 4-banger civic si a coulpe years ago and really liked them. I said "what the hell, why not try em in the Hemi". Got them installed today and their was a very noticeable diff. My throttle responce is instant, and my 60-100mph time is so sweet. I put that power wire on bout a week ago and really liked it. I was wonderin if that PW, dumping more fuel into the engine a WOT, would be a big factor in this as well. It seems like it would make sence. Big spark=more efficient burn= more power+more fuel+MORE power. Lol these plugs werea great buy.
$400 for spark plugs?! Well, it's your money. Don't forget to install the Tornado.

I think the gain to be had from one plug to the next is very minimal at best, but reliability can greatly differ.
You prob noticed the vast diff because you were 10k past when your plugs were due so you probably had a loss of perfomance that was picked back up after a new plug install.
I don't have any knowledge of those plugs, but if they perform good and aren't causing any issue's then I'd say you are doing good and shouldn't complain at all.
I'm sure those plugs will last twice as long as coppers so you'll not only save a 2nd install, you'll gain a 2nd plug expense back into what you initially paid for these.
TheY are platinum right? Or are they just coppers?

I got the copper ones and they are warrentied for 50k miles. I have heard not so good things about platinum plugs in the hemi. The iridiums were $3.00/plug more so i said stick to what the engine is use to. Im sure they deff needed to be changed but I just noticed such a huge difference in my power band. pulls so much harder.

$7.95 x 8 = $63.60
Did you pay $63.40 for shipping?
