headers, intake, ported throttle body, cam, electric fan, pro charger, etc.. there are so many things to do for more horsepower.. Its all on the amount of funds you have to spend

If your not going to spend much $$$ your pretty limited to the upgrades you can do. Try a homebrew cai for around 60 bux and a magnaflow muffler ( just muffler not full system ) for around $100 and this should open her up good.

yeah i would go magnaflow but you got to watch how loud you go with the mds i heard they don't sound too great once the mds kicks in. i don't think flow master has too much to do with performance i think its mostly for sound. the nice thing about magnaflow is you can see directly through the muffler. electric fan is a good cheap up grade. most people use the electric fans out of an older taurus. i got one and so far so good no over heating that i have had. i just got a 20 dollar fan from the wreckers and you can pick up the wiring kit for around 50 bucks and thats canadian that im paying.

I ran a Flowmaster 50 series for about 6 years, recently redid the exhaust using a Magnaflow 30" and got an performance increase. Plus IMO it sounds better...

E-fan mod. Gets you 10-15 hp for around $100.

Yes, the truck already has a fan, but it runs off the engine, which robs HP. The e-fan is electric, thus not taking any HP from the engine.
