Default Changing Steering Wheel, NOT Alignment?

The alignment on my truck is fine, but the steering wheel is tilted to the left about a half inch.

Truck tracks fine and tire wear is good, just the steering wheel is not straight.

Is there a way to adjust this?

Take it to an alignment shop and ask them to do it for you. Its a real pain to try and get straight yourself. But ifrc you can unhook at the knuckle and move it on the splines to straighten it out.

Yes it is an alignment issue.
They need to clamp the steering wheel in the straight ahead position. Then do the alignment by adjusting the tie rod ends with the wheel locked off.
Even a small adjustment down at the tie rods makes the wheel off centre by a lot.

when I got my 98 blazer aligned in march they didn't get the wheel straigh. about an 1/8th of a turn. I was so used to it being off, and didn't notice it on the way home because of the wind, i just left it.
